By installing or using the FlowClick: No-Code Web Automator & Click Recorder Chrome Extension ("FlowClick"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
FlowClick is a local-first, zero-cloud browser automation tool designed to record, edit, and play back interactions on web pages. The extension runs entirely locally on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FlowClick for personal or commercial productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for:
FLOWCLICK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FLOWCLICK WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURELY, OR THAT YOUR SAVED MACROS WILL NOT BE LOST DUE TO BROWSER COMPATIBILITY UPDATES OR STORAGE RESET EVENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF FLOWCLICK BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE FLOWCLICK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WEB-PORTAL DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, ACCIDENTAL ACCOUNT DATA REMOVALS, OR TRANSACTIONAL DISCREPANCIES RESULTING FROM AUTOMATED PLAYBACK ACTIONS DISPATCHED BY FLOWCLICK.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the extension after any changes indicates your agreement to the modified terms.
